Products and pricing

We try to show our products and their colors as accurately as possible, but colors may look slightly different on your screen. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed at an incorrect price.

Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider. You agree to give accurate purchase and account information.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Product use

Use the warmer and mug as described in the included instructions. The mug is not microwave or dishwasher safe.

To the extent allowed by law, Warmly is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
