Refund policy

30-Day Returns

You can return your Warmly order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the item is unopened and unused, in its original packaging.

Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email us at jay1usttcrp@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know whether it was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take some time to post the refund.

Exchanges

To swap colors, return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
